Project Manager

About the role

The role drives complex technical initiatives from conception to launch, ensuring engineering and product teams deliver high-impact software efficiently. You will manage cross-functional roadmaps, mitigate risks, and align technical execution with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of software engineering projects using Agile and Scrum frameworks in Jira and Confluence
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and cross-functional dependency mapping
• Track project health, velocity, and burn-down metrics to ensure on-time delivery of technical milestones
• Partner with product managers and engineering leads to scope features, define technical requirements, and remove roadblocks
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies clearly to executive stakeholders
• Establish standard operating procedures for release management and incident response

Requirements

• 4-7 years of technical project or program management experience in a software development environment
• Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical teams without direct authority
• Strong technical literacy with the ability to discuss architecture and code deployment with engineers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Qualifications
