Project Manager

About The Role

The Project Manager leads the execution of complex cross-functional initiatives within the engineering and product organizations. This role is responsible for translating product roadmaps and technical requirements into concrete execution plans, managing dependencies, and ensuring predictable delivery timelines for critical infrastructure and software releases. Operating at the intersection of product management, engineering, and operations, the role focuses on unblocking technical teams, optimizing resource allocation, and establishing robust tracking systems. Success means scaling delivery velocity without sacrificing quality in a fast-paced software development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects using Jira, Confluence, and modern project management software
• Establish clear milestones, track dependencies, manage critical paths, and proactively mitigate risks across multiple engineering pods
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to optimize team velocity
• Define, track, and report on project delivery metrics, resource utilization, and team capacity to engineering leadership
• Author comprehensive project charters, technical documentation, and post-mortem analyses to drive continuous process improvement
• Manage stakeholder expectations by communicating high-impact project updates, blocker escalations, and timeline adjustments

What We Are Looking For

• 4-7 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Program Manager in an agile software development environment
• Proven track record of delivering complex, concurrent software or infrastructure projects from initiation to release
• Deep familiarity with agile methodologies, Scrum/Kanban frameworks, and advanced Jira administration (including roadmaps and workflow design)
• Strong technical literacy, including a solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), APIs, and cloud services
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders
• Bonus: PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications; experience with SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau
