About The Role The role drives execution across software engineering, product, and go-to-market teams — owning plans, timelines, and deliverables for complex technical initiatives from kickoff through launch. The work matters because velocity depends on coordination: this role turns ambiguous goals into scoped projects, keeps dependencies visible, and removes blockers before they stall shipping. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end project plans for software releases, coordinating engineering, design, QA, and product stakeholders across sprints and milestonesRun agile ceremonies and maintain sprint boards in Jira, keeping backlogs groomed, velocity visible, and commitments realisticBuild and maintain project roadmaps, risk registers, and status dashboards in tools like Asana, Jira, and ConfluenceIdentify and escalate cross-team dependencies and blockers early, driving resolution with the right stakeholdersManage launch readiness: coordinate release plans, comms, rollback criteria, and post-launch retrospectivesReport progress, risks, and tradeoffs to leadership in clear, decision-ready formatsContinuously improve team processes — standups, estimation, handoffs — and document what works What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of project or program management experience, ideally in software or SaaS environmentsDeep fluency with agile delivery, Jira, Confluence, and roadmap planning toolsProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities and technical dependenciesStrong written communication; can distill complex technical status into executive-ready updatesComfortable working directly with engineers, designers, and data teams to scope and sequence workBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceBonus: PMP or CSM/PSM certification, experience with SQL or analytics tooling, or background in a technical pre-sales or engineering role
