Project Manager

Summary/ObjectiveThe Project Manager is a key representative of Evans General Contractors, LLC. They are responsible for leading Projects with the goal of exceeding our Client’s expectations and delivering quality facilities on schedule and at the most competitive prices. The Project Manager is expected to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, as well as subcontractors, to support the growth of the company. This is a traveling position. Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead the project team in the development and management of project scheduleDrive tasks and manage stakeholders to meet critical schedule milestones including design, procurement, construction, startup, commissioning, punch-listing, and closeout.Manage project schedule and drive construction site progress to achieve completion of the Project on-time and on-budgetSelects, coordinates and oversees subcontractors working on various phases of the ProjectsWork with Project Team to develop and issue Subcontracts and Purchase OrdersAssess risks and establish contingency plansManage work and inputs from variety of stakeholdersSupport Superintendent in the execution of ProjectResponsible for proper administration of construction contracts and for obtaining all necessary permits and licensesWork with project team to develop and manage project budget to meet contractual requirements and drive business profitability.
