Primary Responsibilities
- Support administrative and planning needs for the Strategic Analytics team, including meeting coordination, project tracking, documentation, and timeline management.
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests related to the National Accounts and sales teams, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication.
- Streamline response processes for National Accounts requests by coordinating stakeholders, tracking open items, and maintaining visibility into status and next steps.
- Proactively identify potential issues before they negatively impact the project, and facilitate necessary conversations to craft solutions to all issues.
- Utilize project management software for detail tracking and sharing of information.
- Serve as a liaison between the strategy team and other departments as projects require.
- Schedule check-ins with the team to make sure tasks are assigned and completed as needed.
- Promptly respond to and resolve inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications surrounding strategic analytics workstreams.
- Develop new strategies and techniques to continuously improve various business processes.
Qualifications
- At least 3+ years Project Management or similar experience.
- Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment.
- The individual must be organized and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak on behalf of leadership.
- Strong ability to adapt and be flexible within the scope of a given project as vision, priorities, and timelines shift.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing and motivating teams with no direct authority over them.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
