Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and manage resources
- Oversight of budgets and project delivery timelines
- Collaborate with engineering, technical, and client teams
- Facilitate communication and resolve project issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the water treatment or environmental industry
- Flexible to travel regionally up to 25%
- Experience managing projects in the $500K to $5M range
- Familiarity in water treatment or similar industries (pumps, piping, vessels, associated controls etc.)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholder expectations
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
