Responsibilities
- Oversight of project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Management of project budgets and financial targets
- Tracking of project progress and stakeholder communications
- Collaboration with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Coordination with procurement and production teams for material delivery
- Regular site visits for monitoring construction progress and compliance
- Resolution of project issues and conflicts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, processes, and materials
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects within budget and on schedule
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
