Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of assigned projects
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Cookordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and track project performance metrics
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Prowed track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to effectively manage resources and budgets
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- PMP certification is a plus
