Job DescriptionEnfinity Global is seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee the development and construction of renewable energy projects, primarily focusing on solar projects. This role will be responsible for managing projects from initial development, including permitting and feasibility studies, through to the construction and commissioning phases. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing renewable energy projects, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and have a solid understanding of project finance, regulatory compliance, and environmental requirements. Key ResponsibilityPrepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial parametersWork closely with finance teams to track project costs, assess financial viability, and secure necessary funding or capitalEnsure all local, state, and federal regulations are adhered to, including environmental, zoning, and land use permitsCoordinate the preparation of necessary documentation and submissions for permitting agenciesOversee the transition from development to construction, including managing contractor bids, vendor selection, and contract negotiationsMonitor project progress during construction, ensuring all milestones are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsCoordinate with site managers and contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, health and safety regulations, and quality control measuresIdentify, assess, and manage potential risks during all project phases, implementing solutions as necessary to avoid delays or cost overrunsAct as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, including senior management, investors, contractors, and community groupsProvide regular updates on project status, including progress reports, budget updates, and risk assessmentsLead the final commissioning of renewable energy projects, ensuring smooth handover to operations teams once construction is completeOversee project closeout, including final reports, as-built documentation, and lessons learnedOffice 50% and travel 50% to jobsites Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is preferred10 + years experience in PV Construction & Management, either in EPC and/or Owner perspectivesTeam player, high level of organization, time management, and autonomyAbility to effectively manage multiple projects and business relationshipsStrong written and oral communication skillsProficiency in English, both spoken and writtenDomain of MS Office, good knowledge of MS Project and CADAvailable to travel and stay in project sites in various locations when required In Enfinity Global you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
