Responsibilities

• Control of releases and their stability
• Presentation of new releases and functionality within the company
• Interaction with clients: presentations, answers to questions, interviews, integration
• Interaction with system integration partners
• Coordination of development plans
• System analysis and task decomposition
• Writing technical specifications
• Distribution and prioritization of developer tasks
• Evaluation and control of the timing of projects
• QA direction control
• Organization of rallies and interaction of team members
• Evaluation and improvement of team performance

Requirements

• 3 years experience in project management
• Understanding of IT product development processes
• Knowledge of agile product management methodologies: agile, scrum, kanban
• Understanding of core technologies and stack: frontend, backend, programming languages, frameworks, APIs
• Analytical skills, critical thinking
• Responsibility, developed soft skills
