Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from initial planning through final delivery, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and customer expectations are achieved. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer and internal projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Operations.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Drive problem resolution and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and customers.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Project management experience within manufacturing, electrical equipment, construction, industrial, or related industries.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with electrical power distribution equipment, switchgear, control systems, or industrial manufacturing environments.
• PMP certification or formal project management training.
• ERP/MRP system experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
