Responsibilities
- Manage and lead technical team members
- Manage all facets of project execution and high-quality delivery
- Manage client expectations and client satisfaction in product delivery
- Oversight of contractual, financial, and resourcing data and information for the client and Elder Research organization
- Facilitate and lead the tactical delivery of analytics projects
Requirements
- PMP Certification (or willingness to obtain within one year of hire)
- Multi-year experience with leading projects within industry standard project management frameworks
- Multi-year experience in the consulting industry (technology, management, strategy)
- Experience with government contracting or experience working with federal government agencies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in data science, data analytics, math, statistics, engineering, computer science, or business administration
- Involved in team efforts to design and deploy data and analytics solutions
- Experience querying databases, analyzing data, building data pipelines, and applying data science concepts
- Agile Certified
- Multi-year experience growing and expanding federal government portfolios
