Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead technical team members
• Manage all facets of project execution and high-quality delivery
• Manage client expectations and client satisfaction in product delivery
• Oversight of contractual, financial, and resourcing data and information for the client and Elder Research organization
• Facilitate and lead the tactical delivery of analytics projects

Requirements

• PMP Certification (or willingness to obtain within one year of hire)
• Multi-year experience with leading projects within industry standard project management frameworks
• Multi-year experience in the consulting industry (technology, management, strategy)
• Experience with government contracting or experience working with federal government agencies

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in data science, data analytics, math, statistics, engineering, computer science, or business administration
• Involved in team efforts to design and deploy data and analytics solutions
• Experience querying databases, analyzing data, building data pipelines, and applying data science concepts
• Agile Certified
• Multi-year experience growing and expanding federal government portfolios
