Project Manager

Job Summary

At E Tech Group, we are a leading engineering and system integration firm serving clients in various industries. Our expertise spans IT automation and control solutions for Life Sciences, Mission Critical, Metals, Material Handling, Consumer Products, and Food & Beverage sectors. We offer nationwide and global services to help clients develop and implement standardized solutions at any facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates.
• Manage client communication and resolve scope, schedule, and cost issues.
• Develop and communicate a clear understanding of client project goals and align with company objectives.
• Develop and maintain project cost budgets and reports; manage estimated cost at completion, earned value, and contingency.
• Present regular project activity and financial updates to large audiences.
• Participate in the implementation of new project management tools and become proficient in E Tech Group's Project Management Life Cycle Stages.
• Lead the project team in achieving project tasks and milestones on schedule and under budget.
• Communicate project progress to the team and to the client and advocate for the project team.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of dedicated project management experience or 5+ years in a project engineering environment.
• Proficient in project management principles, methods, and tools.
• Ability to implement PMI-based standards and serve as a mentor to other associates.
• Proven project leadership on difficult projects, applications, and situations.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to utilize technology to lead geographically dispersed project teams.
• Experience managing contracts and/or subcontractors.
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project.
• Familiarity with industrial controls projects and project budget/fiscal accountability.
