Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily operations, scheduling, billing, accounting, and workforce retention for a comprehensive, multi-site municipal security contract.
• Maintenance of a state of constant readiness to respond to the WSD Representative within 15 minutes for all security events and emergency notifications.
• Directing the screening, recruitment, selection, and scheduling of security staff.
• Addressing personnel issues, performance improvements, and coordinating mandatory training programs.
• Attending regular meetings with City representatives regarding billing, incident reviews, performance metrics, and criminal trending.
• Ensuring clear, accurate, and timely delivery of comprehensive weekly and monthly managerial data reports to the City.
• Writing and distributing updated Post Orders and procedural instructions.
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive Project Management Plan detailing recall plans, timekeeping, and emergency protocols.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven management or supervisory experience, preferably within contract security, law enforcement management, or military command structures.
• Proven workload capacity to reliably meet 24/7 availability and the mandatory 15-minute response window.
• Computer literate with experience utilizing electronic guard tracking systems (RFID/NFC/QR codes) and reviewing extensive searchable data logs.
• Mandatory Maximum Risk background screening (including fingerprinting and check of county/state records for the past 7 years) to be approved for unescorted access to critical infrastructure.
• High school diploma or GED required; advanced certifications or degrees in business or criminal justice are a plus.
