Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface and single point of contact between the company and Government personnel.
- Manage varied, complex technical projects from inception through completion, translating mission requirements into executable plans.
- Oversee the distribution of work to prevent Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) and manage subcontractor performance.
- Responsibly manage project funds, schedules, corporate resources, and personnel time-keeping.
- Submit required monthly deliverables, including Monthly Progress Reports (CDRL A001) and Monthly Financial Status Reports (CDRL A002).
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a Business discipline.
- 10+ years of experience as a project manager managing federal government contracts involving technical efforts (e.g., engineering design, hardware development, and software development).
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal contract management, hands-on field management, and proven expertise in resource/budget allocation.
This role is part of a proposal for U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC). Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant. Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission.
