Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day program activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact with government stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve mission objectives
- Monitor performance metrics
- Mitigate risks
- Manage resources
- Ensure adherence to security, quality, and compliance standards (including DHS and CBP guidelines)
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing federal contracts
- Proven ability to deliver complex programs in a high-security, mission-critical environment
- PMP certification and familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) are typically preferred
Day-to-Day Office Operations
- Act as point of contact for collecting and disseminating information and assigning work to the Contractor employees assigned to a Task Order
- Track, and monitor timekeeping actions for contractor employees
- Liaison between Contractor team and government Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
- Schedule contractor employee team meetings
- Ensure CBP mandatory training requirements are met by Contractor employees
- Review Contractor employee work products and enforce established work standards
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Four (4) years of experience in management with demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to successfully complete corporate background investigation to include credit and criminal check
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Government suitability determination/clearance
Additional Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to learn and effectively use government systems, databases, and digital record platforms
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, write, understand, in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and collaborate well with others
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment
- Skilled in organizing work, establishing priorities, and maintaining accuracy under strict timelines.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $105,000-$135,000 per year.
