Job Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Cook up project activities across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, accounting, and other internal stakeholders.
- Review, negotiate, and manage contracts in collaboration with sales, business development, and customer-facing teams.
- Monitor project performance against schedule and budget baselines, identifying and reporting variances as needed.
- Provide regular project status updates to leadership, including schedule, progress, budget, and risk assessments.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation while ensuring compliance with internal project management standards.
- Lead customer-facing meetings including project kickoffs, status reviews, negotiations, and project closeout discussions.
- Facilitate internal project meetings to align resources, communicate project requirements, and track action items.
- Aid in the development and implementation of project management processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support both customer and internal projects.
- Promote adherence to quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Provide project leadership and direction to ensure successful project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget objectives.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving projects through all phases of execution.
- Knowledge of contract review, negotiation, and contract administration practices.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management software.
- Experience with project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project is preferred.
- PMP certification is preferred but not required.
- Additional language skills (such as Spanish, French, German, or Mandarin) are considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, including occasional international travel as business needs require.
