Project Manager

An established commercial construction company is seeking an experienced estimator to join its dynamic team in Seattle, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of delivering accurate estimates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review conceptual, budgetary, and hard bid estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Develop accurate cost estimates for various scopes including structural, electrical, plumbing, and finishes.
• Review drawings, specifications, subcontractor proposals, and bid documents to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
• Monitor project costs and maintain financial performance to ensure profitability.
• Provide regular updates to clients and project managers regarding project status and cost.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Strong background in preparing estimates for structural, electrical, plumbing, and finishes scopes.
• Experience with commercial construction projects valued between $500K and $5M.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
