# Technical Project Manager – Telecom / AIOps **Location: Bethpage, NY / Remote NJ, CT, MA**Job Type: Contract – 1 year**Pay: $49/hour W2 or $59/hour C2C**Client: Amdocs / End Client: Optimum Amdocs is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex telecom technology initiatives involving network upgrades, software deployments, platform initiatives, and AIOps. This is a technical project management role for someone who can work effectively across Engineering, Product, DevOps, Sales, and business stakeholders while managing multiple concurrent workstreams. ## What You'll Do * Lead technical projects from planning through delivery.* Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.* Coordinate Engineering, Product, DevOps, Sales, and business stakeholders.* Manage multiple concurrent technical workstreams.* Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery activities.* Track risks, issues, blockers, dependencies, budgets, and milestones.* Use Jira and Confluence for project planning and tracking.* Communicate project status, risks, and delivery progress to leadership.* Use project data and analytics to support decisions and improve delivery outcomes.* Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation where appropriate to improve planning, reporting, and project execution. ## What We're Looking For * 5+ years of technical Project Management experience.* 3+ years leading cross-functional technical programs involving Engineering, Product, DevOps, and business stakeholders.* Experience in telecom, ISP, cable/broadband, SaaS, or large-scale infrastructure environments.* Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams.* Strong Agile/Scrum experience.* Hands-on Jira and Confluence experience.* Strong project planning, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder communication skills. CSM, PSM, SCPO, SAFe, PMP, AIOps, Jira Automation, AI-enabled project tools, DOCSIS, PON, Wi-Fi, or AI/ML experience are valuable but are not all required. ## Location Requirements **New York candidates: Must be able to work onsite in Bethpage, NY approximately 3 days per week. **NJ/CT/MA candidates: Remote arrangement may be available. Candidates must be able to meet the applicable location/work-arrangement requirement.
