Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of multi-site technology deployment projects, from kickoff to closeout.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across multiple customer locations.
- Coordinate internal teams, third-party field technicians, and cabling partners for successful site execution.
- Serve as the primary customer point of contact, providing updates, risk assessments, and resolving escalated issues.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while proactively mitigating risks.
- Review installation documentation, testing results, site photos, and customer sign-offs to ensure quality and compliance.
- Track project budgets, technician labor, expenses, and change orders to support profitability.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Logistics, and Customer Success teams for seamless delivery.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate status to internal leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience managing technology deployment projects or large-scale, multi-site rollouts.
- Experience supporting Retail, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Warehouse, Distribution, or Logistics environments.
- Working knowledge of technology deployments involving:
- Point of Sale (POS) systems, registers, kiosks, and peripherals
- Network infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless access points, structured cabling)
- Mobile computers, barcode scanners, handheld devices, and tablets
- Wireless infrastructure terminology and deployment concepts
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, managing multiple projects and hundreds of active sites.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Project scheduling tools.
Qualifications
- PMP or CAPM certification (preferred but not required)
- Experience with project management platforms (NetSuite, IFS, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, etc.)
- Experience with service management platforms (ServiceNow, ConnectWise, etc.)
- Previous hands-on field experience supporting technology deployments or infrastructure installations
