Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Responsibilities

• Support service coordinators with scheduling technicians.
• Supervise installation technicians.
• Coordinate training sessions with vendors and train new employees.
• Review work orders, pre-invoice reports, and service invoices.
• Handle equipment and materials for projects.
• Administer job site safety programs, monitor compliance, conduct safety training, and manage safety documentation, auditing, and reporting.
• Support sales through involvement in job quotation, estimation, and approval processes.
• Establish project timelines, meet with customers to communicate and coordinate schedules.
• Manage projects, assign personnel, oversee equipment and material ordering, and ensure proper customer signoffs per corporate policy.
• Conduct customer-facing status meetings.
• Hold weekly internal status meetings with billing objectives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Field service software experience is preferred.
