Project Manager
Role and Responsibilities
Lead pre-construction activities including budgeting, estimating, value engineering, scheduling, and constructability reviews
Manage projects from planning through completion while maintaining accountability for cost, schedule, quality, and safety
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
Oversee subcontractor procurement, performance, site coordination, and project execution
Manage project documentation, RFIs, ASIs, contract administration, and reporting
Support field operations through regular site presence to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and project milestones are achieved
Qualifications
Experience managing construction projects within healthcare, higher education, institutional, or industrial markets
Experience with design-build project delivery and coordination of cross-functional project teams
Proficiency with construction management or estimating software such as Procore, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar platforms
Strong project planning, budgeting, scheduling, communication, and client management skills
Field experience as a Superintendent, Field Engineer, or similar construction leadership role preferred
