Project Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid – 3-4 days onsite)

Responsibilities
- Assist senior project managers in defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Assist in developing and maintaining a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate project team activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues
- Assist in managing project budgets, including monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial constraints
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues
- Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet stakeholder requirements
- Assist in maintaining project documentation and records, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and budget reports
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members
- Assist in conducting post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and best practices
Requirements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Project Management, is typically required
- Certification in Project Management, such as CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), is also highly valued
- Strong desire to learn and develop project management skills
Pay
Salary range: $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including education, work experience, and certifications.
