About the role

The Project Manager supports Coegi in the organization and internal management of high-touch accounts. They manage processes, systems, documents, timelines, assets, and relationships pertaining to individual accounts. This role is a key counterpart to Account Strategy Directors, providing detailed knowledge to complement their strategic insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop efficient processes for accounts to meet internal and external goals.
  • Hold team accountable to set process and update when necessary to deliver milestone goals and smaller tasks within a project.
  • Manage documents, URLs, copy, creative, and other collateral received from clients and partners for execution.
  • Ensure these documents are easily accessible and clear for execution teams to understand.
  • Keep teams up to date and organized in Asana, translating action items into Asana and assigning to appropriate team members.
  • Communicate with team members across various methods of communication, focusing on deliverables in meetings, asking for updates, and ensuring teams are unified and on track towards common goals.
  • Manage billing and budget actualization, completing monthly billing processes for clients and ensuring invoices are accurate. Manage rollover underspend/overspend and ensure teams, platforms, and internal tracking documents are updated.
  • Schedule internal and client-facing meetings, manage agendas for internal meetings, and collaborate with Account Strategy Director or Account Manager for client meetings. Record meeting notes and action items, developing timelines as necessary for action items and follow-ups.
  • Complete order and data entry process, ensuring client directives, campaign budget, and other instructions are entered correctly into systems and with operations teams for campaign build.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience, preferably within an agency environment, with day-to-day digital campaign management, programmatic bidding, and social advertising experience.
  • Experience working within Project Management Systems such as Asana.
  • A self-starter who takes personal responsibility for education in relevant digital marketing.
  • Familiarity and experience with paid media marketing.
  • Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and Google Resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, business, or advertising, or equivalent professional experience.
