About the role

The Project Manager supports Coegi in organizing and managing high-touch accounts. Key responsibilities include developing efficient processes, managing timelines and task assignments, maintaining asset and document libraries, coordinating communication, overseeing billing and budget actualization, and scheduling meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop efficient processes for accounts to meet internal and external goals.
  • Manage timelines and task assignments, updating processes as needed to ensure milestone goals and smaller tasks are met within projects.
  • Keep teams up to date and organized in Asana, translating action items into Asana and assigning them to appropriate team members.
  • Communicate with team members to keep them focused on deliverables during meetings, request updates, and ensure projects are on track.
  • Complete monthly billing process for clients, ensuring invoices are accurate and managing overspending/underspending.
  • Schedule internal and client-facing meetings, manage meeting agendas, record meeting notes and action items, and develop timelines for action items and follow-ups.
  • Handle order intake, completing the order and data entry process to ensure correct entry into systems and coordination with operations teams for campaign builds.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience, preferably within an agency environment, with day-to-day digital campaign management, programmatic bidding, and social advertising experience.
  • Experience working within Project Management Systems such as Asana.
  • A self-starter who takes personal responsibility for education in relevant digital marketing.
  • Familiarity and experience with paid media marketing.
  • Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior computer skills, specifically proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Resources.
  • Able to work within a team environment while handling multiple projects with deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, business, or advertising, or equivalent professional experience.
