Project Manager

About the role

Candidates must have experience Managing projects with values of at least $15 million,
Developing, monitoring, and reporting on budgets and schedules,
Evaluating proposed modifications and change orders,
Utilizing current electronic project management software,
and Working closely with the project owner to successfully manage projects, including preparing regular reports and making presentations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience managing project for one or more Federal agencies
• Experience managing projects that involved meeting LEED and SITE criteria
• Experience working in remote locations
