About the role
The Owner’s project management firm is seeking experienced Project Managers for projects located in Northern New England. Ideal candidates should have over ten years of experience managing building projects.
Responsibilities
- Overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts)
- Managing projects with values of at least $15 million
- Managing projects on behalf of owners, either as an employee or consultant
- Developing, monitoring, and reporting on budgets and schedules
- Administering design agreements and construction contracts
- Evaluating change orders for merit and value
- Utilizing electronic project management software
- Providing conceptual estimates
- Working closely with client personnel to successfully manage projects, including preparing regular reports and making presentations to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience managing projects for one or more Federal agencies
- Experience managing projects that involve meeting LEED and SITE criteria
- Experience working in remote locations
