About the role

Owners project management firm seeks experienced Project Managers to oversee design and construction of institutional projects such as colleges, hospitals, and major nonprofits.

Responsibilities

• Successfully manage design and construction projects on behalf of an institution as either an employee or consultant
• Manage the design, construction, and occupancy of at least one project valued over $20 million
• Prepare, track, and manage budgets and schedules
• Manage projects in a multi-stakeholder, demanding end user environment
• Manage multiple projects concurrently

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing institutional projects
• Experience managing projects valued over $100 million

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex projects
• Strong budgeting and scheduling skills
• Experience in a multi-stakeholder, demanding environment
