About the role
Owners project management firm seeks experienced Project Managers to oversee design and construction of institutional projects such as colleges, hospitals, and major nonprofits.
Responsibilities
- Successfully manage design and construction projects on behalf of an institution as either an employee or consultant
- Manage the design, construction, and occupancy of at least one project valued over $20 million
- Prepare, track, and manage budgets and schedules
- Manage projects in a multi-stakeholder, demanding end user environment
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing institutional projects
- Experience managing projects valued over $100 million
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage complex projects
