Project Manager

Day To Day Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination of all project efforts, including administrative, contractual, and technical tasks, to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution.
• Prepare strategic project plans, develop fees, define scope, and assist with proposals and contract documentation.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, design responsiveness, and long-term relationship building.
• Actively manage project budgets, schedules, staffing assignments, and internal workflow.
• Ensure the financial success of each project by monitoring hours, forecasting needs, and controlling scope.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of Architects and Designers.
• Capture consultant scopes, schedules, and deliverables.
• Auxiliary in marketing efforts, proposal development, and business development initiatives.
• May serve in a Team Leader capacity when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Experience with multi-family and mixed-used projects preferred.
• Minimum six (6) years of professional experience.
• Professional Licensure required.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software.
• Revit experience is required.
• Experience in managing client and consultant relationships.
• Demonstrated skills in project design, production and coordination of construction documents, and contract administration.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple deadlines, and perform all responsibilities effectively and on time, with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
