Day To Day Responsibilities
- Manage the coordination of all project efforts, including administrative, contractual, and technical tasks, to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution.
- Prepare strategic project plans, develop fees, define scope, and assist with proposals and contract documentation.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, design responsiveness, and long-term relationship building.
- Actively manage project budgets, schedules, staffing assignments, and internal workflow.
- Ensure the financial success of each project by monitoring hours, forecasting needs, and controlling scope.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of Architects and Designers.
- Capture consultant scopes, schedules, and deliverables.
- Auxiliary in marketing efforts, proposal development, and business development initiatives.
- May serve in a Team Leader capacity when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Experience with multi-family and mixed-used projects preferred.
- Minimum six (6) years of professional experience.
- Professional Licensure required.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software.
- Revit experience is required.
- Experience in managing client and consultant relationships.
- Demonstrated skills in project design, production and coordination of construction documents, and contract administration.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple deadlines, and perform all responsibilities effectively and on time, with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
