What You'll Do
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and WIP reporting
- Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
- Ensure safety, quality, and OSHA compliance on all projects
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource management
- Maintain strong client relationships and project communication
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Hospitality/fuel center/big box construction experience is required
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and MEP coordination
- Tech savvy with current construction management tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
- OSHA knowledge required
- Some travel required
