About the Team
The Sales Activation & Acceleration Office is seeking an operationally-minded Project Manager to serve as the backbone of our Americas people programs. You will partner with Program Managers to design, implement, and optimize the workflows that power our program. You are a "builder" who thrives on creating repeatable, automated processes in Asana and ensuring our program documentation is always current. While the Program Manager focuses on external stakeholder orchestration, you will focus on internal operational rigor, data integrity, and the systematic setup and coordination of programs.
Responsibilities
- Operational Workflow Design: Lead the design and implementation of program workflows within Asana. Proactively identify opportunities to integrate automation and AI tools to reduce manual effort and improve team efficiency.
- Operational Backbone: Serve as the primary custodian of program playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure all documentation is accurate, accessible, and updated to reflect current best practices.
- Data & Metrics: Own the program’s reporting cycle. Track KPIs, manage data integrity, and produce regular status reports that provide the Program Manager with clear, actionable insights into program health.
- Systematic Participant Coordination: Provide critical operational support for programs by managing participant communications, system setup, and follow-through. Act as a supportive point of contact to ensure their administrative journey into the program is seamless.
- Continuous Optimization: Proactively monitor program performance to identify bottlenecks. Use your technical expertise and curiosity to refine processes and suggest innovative solutions that scale our operational output.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in project management, operations, or program coordination.
- Expert-level experience with project management software, with a strong preference for Asana.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows to streamline operational processes and reporting. Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Proven ability to document processes, maintain SOPs, and manage complex schedules with high attention to detail.
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new tools, systems, and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, tactical, and supportive communication to program applicants.
- Strong ability to track, organize, and report on KPIs and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Hands-on experience with advanced automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate) and collaborative database tools (e.g., Airtable).
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to visualize program performance and trends.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Passion for people development programs and a desire to contribute to a high-impact team.
