About the role
We're a close-knit team offering global resources and a chance to work in various industries and geographies. This role involves leading end-to-end planning and execution of programs/projects, defining project scope, and managing budgets and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end planning and execution of programs/projects involving multiple departments
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation schedules
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, stand-ups, and steering committee reviews to ensure alignment
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers across teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business units, and executive stakeholders
- Communicate project status, milestones, and issues clearly to leadership and stakeholders through reports and presentations
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource constraints while balancing competing priorities
- Drive process improvements and best practices for program/project management across the organization
- Own post-project retrospectives and incorporate lessons learned into future initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a cross-functional environment
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa
Qualifications
- To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a cross-functional environment

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 to $156,700.00.
