About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals. Initial projects will focus on a data lake and CRM migration and transition.

Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
- Build out and maintain comprehensive project plans using project management software (Smartsheet).
- Prioritize tasks and delegate work.
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle and take corrective action where necessary; escalate issues when appropriate.
- Drive plans for on-time and on-budget completion.
- Establish and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and senior management, providing regular updates on project status.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance, document lessons learned, and identify areas for process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems, or a related field.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven working experience in project management with technical expertise.
- Demonstrated experience managing data migration or conversion projects, including data mapping, testing, reconciliation, and implementation.
- CRM experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with system implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
- Proven ability to motivate and guide project teams to achieve goals, providing purpose and direction.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with management, team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Aptitude for identifying issues and obstacles and developing creative and effective solutions.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience with project management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks, priorities, and multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Financial services experience preferred; wealth management experience is a plus.
