About the role

Responsible for leading a team of software developers in designing, developing, and testing new applications. Must have strong programming skills and experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes through the adoption of Agile methodologies.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit and integration testing to ensure application functionality meets specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with front-end web technologies (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Understanding of security best practices and principles.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of API design and implementation.

Schedule
