Project Manager

About the role

You will act as one of the company’s prime contacts with the client, ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining delivery discipline and technical performance on projects of high complexity in process, manufacturing, and other industrial environments.

You will work with project delivery leadership who provide oversight and mentoring, and support the development of less experienced project managers and engineers through active coaching.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills and alignment with the organizational culture of a dynamic, growing, flat, results-focused company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project team through all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout, adhering to established project delivery processes to meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and other contract requirements.
• Ensure the scope of work satisfies the client while meeting Century 3’s SHE (Safety, Health, Environment), quality, financial, risk management, business, and policy expectations.
• Lead or play a significant role in business development activities, including client relationship development, project-specific positioning, proposal preparation, presentations, and contract negotiation.
• Attend the weekly Management Coordination Meeting to stay informed about proposed and secured work.
• Assist the Business Development Group with proposals, presentations, and identifying new business prospects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of industry experience.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
