About the Role

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of customer-based projects across various divisions including aluminum, Division 8, Division 10, and Division 28. The role requires effective communication, problem resolution, and coordination with both internal teams and external clients to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Duties:

• Affiliate Duties: Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Affiliate Duties: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Affiliate Duties: Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Affiliate Duties: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Affiliate Duties: Report and escalate incidents to management as needed.
• Affiliate Duties: Successfully manage relationships with internal teams, customers, and all applicable stakeholders.
• Affiliate Duties: Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Affiliate Duties: Delegate project tasks to appropriate resources.
• Affiliate Duties: Ensure quality control verification and enforcement.
• Affiliate Duties: Coordinate and attend site meetings as per customer schedule and requirements.
• Affiliate Duties: Perform routine inspections of work sites for quality, scope, standards compliance, and safety.
• Affiliate Duties: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Affiliate Duties: Complete project close-out documents and activities.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred (specific to industry standards).
• Minimum Qualifications: Current and valid US driver’s license.
• Minimum Qualifications: At least 1-3 years of experience in relevant industries (e.g., construction, Division 8, Division 10, aluminum storefront).

• Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Professional, Outlook, and web-based applications.

Physical Demands
