About The Role

The purpose of this on-site position in North Reading, MA is to plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle from planning through post-project support, focusing on working within predetermined estimates and timelines. This role manages the flow of information to ensure stakeholders—including owners, construction managers, architects, subcontractors, and CBRE personnel—understand quality and schedule requirements. The position operates in a fulfillment/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage coordination and integration of technical activities for Building Systems and Technology upgrades, retrofits, and new installations.
  • Maintain project budgets and prepare change orders for additional work as needed.
  • Create and maintain project schedules using MS Project, Excel, or cloud-based scheduling tools.
  • Interface directly with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements.
  • Prepare project plans, resource requirements, work plans, schedules, and milestones.
  • Read, understand, and apply standard to moderately complex construction documents, including agreements, contracts, project charters, bid specifications, and construction drawings.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide informal assistance, technical guidance, or training to coworkers; may lead project teams or supervise assignments of lower-level employees.

  • Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles; ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
  • Conduct advanced financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles for producing precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects of varying scales simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project; knowledge of ASANA or ability to quickly learn.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (corrective lenses permitted).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Construction Project Management.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience and/or training, with preference for experience in industrial or manufacturing projects.

Pay

The minimum salary for this position is $110,000 annually ($52.80 per hour), and the maximum salary is $130,000 annually ($62.50 per hour). Compensation will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
