About the role
The Project Manager at Cascade Drilling, LP is a key member of the local operations team. They are responsible for conceptualizing, scoping, and managing technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Works with customers to develop implementation solutions to meet their technical objectives
- Contributes scoping, estimating, and proposal preparation support to capture teams for large projects
- Closely works with the Operations Manager and Regional Director to schedule crew and equipment
- Maintains positive relationships with clients, consultants, property owners, and regulatory personnel
- Planner and organizer of projects
- Communicates job details to crew and clients
- Conducts or delegates site walks
- Selects subcontractors and orders special and rental equipment
- Ensures quality work performance, safety, and adherence to schedules and budgets
- Manages day-to-day costs and compares to budget
- Organizes and communicates crew travel arrangements
- Makes and directs changes, takes corrective actions, and documents changes in the Exception Report
- Completes written change orders and revised costs for invoicing
- Manages, audits, and implements inventory control, purchasing, and supply inventories
- Prepares and approves final invoices before sending to client
- Maintains logs and reports, monitors logs and reports, and directs changes
- Reviews employee time, coding, and payroll data
- Completes other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- College degree and 5-7 years of remediation/environmental experience, with 3 years managing projects preferred
- GED with 7+ years of remediation project experience and demonstrated project management experience
- Knowledge of Safety, Human Resources, and administration
- Knowledge of injection-based remediation technologies, injection techniques, and commercial products
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
