Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Integration & Standardization Tracker - Build and maintain a single source of truth for all enterprise and affiliate integration initiatives—timelines, owners, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Translate raw updates into a clean weekly executive brief the COO can hand to the board.
- AthenaOne Affiliate Rollout Program - Develop a repeatable implementation playbook and Smartsheet template for affiliate EHR rollouts. Own readiness, training, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization tracking across sites.
- Operating KPI Cadence & Reporting - Coordinate KPI input readiness, quality control, and narrative across affiliates. Ensure affiliate monthly operating report (MOR) process hits on time with clear variance commentary and action-plan tracking.
- Capital Approval & Purchasing Process Rollout - Drive rollout of standardized capital/purchasing workflows, forms, and approvals. Track adoption, surface exceptions, and close the loop.
- Run recurring execution cadences: agendas, meeting facilitation, decision logs, action items, and follow-up to closure across corporate and affiliate teams.
- Build and maintain project plans (scope, timeline, milestones, dependencies, and resource assumptions) in Smartsheet. Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and escalate blockers with recommended options—not just flags.
- Produce concise status reports, dashboards, and executive-ready updates suitable for weekly and monthly leadership review. Keep project documentation tight and usable: charters, SOPs, workflow maps, RACI matrices, comms plans, and training plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years in project management, operations, implementation, or analytics—end-to-end ownership of real deliverables, not just support.
- Smartsheet proficiency required (or equivalent structured PM tooling with demonstrated competence).
- Strong command of Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (Teams/SharePoint).
- Clear, concise written communication—able to produce executive ready one-pagers without extensive rewrites.
- Strong organization and follow-through; able to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated AI prompting ability—PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Private equity backed physician practice management experience, Healthcare operations, practice management, IT implementation, and/or revenue cycle experience, PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification (PMP exam sponsorship available if not yet certified), Multi-site or multi-entity operations exposure.
