Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of application development, cloud, modernization, and digital transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and governance.
• Drive client stakeholder engagement and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead onsite and offshore delivery teams across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
• Oversee project financials, including P&L, revenue, margins, utilization, and delivery KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with delivery standards, quality processes, and contractual commitments.
• Support business growth through presales, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in application development, maintenance, cloud migration, or digital transformation programs.
• Expertise in stakeholder, vendor, and distributed team management.
• Proven leadership in managing multiple workstreams and large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication, risk management, and delivery governance skills.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP / PRINCE2
• Scrum Master / SAFe
• ITIL Foundation
• Azure, AWS, or GCP Certifications

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $130,000 - $145,000/Annum.
