Project Manager

Position Summary

Brock-Civil is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, financial performance, and successful delivery of utility, heavy civil construction and site development projects. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a primary focus on residential land development and select mixed-use, commercial, and industrial projects. The Project Manager serves as the operational leader for assigned projects, overseeing preconstruction activities, estimating, contract administration, project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and client relationships. This individual directly manages and mentors Jr. Project Engineers while partnering with Superintendents, Estimators, subcontractors, and ownership groups to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with Brock-Civil's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and successful delivery of utility, heavy civil construction, and site development projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across residential land development and select mixed-use, commercial, and industrial projects
• Oversee preconstruction activities, estimating, contract administration, project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and client relationships
• Directly manage and mentor Jr. Project Engineers
• Partner with Superintendents, Estimators, subcontractors, and ownership groups
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with Brock-Civil's standards of excellence
