Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Oversight of one or more projects, each focusing on electrical systems in water treatment plants
- Management of project budgets ranging from $2M to $50M
- Execution of projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to schedules and costs
- Coordination of procurement, field operations, and client communications
- Reviewing project drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Leading meetings with owners and utility coordinators
- Mentoring Project Engineers and supporting team development
- Negotiation of change orders and management of additional work
- Ensuring project safety, quality, and production standards are met
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience managing direct reports
- At least 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in industrial settings
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in water treatment or wastewater treatment
- Utility, power, SCADA, or controls project experience is preferred
- Experience managing public works or infrastructure projects for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission is preferred
