Responsibilities

• Provide project management and coordination support for airport planning, strategic development, and engineering projects
• Manage select complex projects and initiatives from concept through implementation
• Coordinate stakeholders, including airport clients, regulatory agencies, and internal aviation teams
• Assist with project scheduling, budget development, and funding coordination
• Support contract administration and ensure compliance with funding requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with airport communities across Colorado
• Support the growth of aviation planning, design, and construction services in the Denver market
• Collaborate with project managers across Aviation and Transportation divisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Planning, Management, or Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Must possess a valid driver's license and their own transportation. You will be reimbursed for business-related travel
• Bolton & Menk will currently not be providing visa sponsorship or Optional Practical Training Extensions for STEM Students. Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment without a need for current or future visa sponsorship
