Project Manager

About the role

An award-winning U.S. design firm focused on complex, community-oriented projects and mass-timber innovation is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-family residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration
• Manage project schedules, budgets, billings, and additional service requests
• Review and redline drawings and specifications for quality and accuracy
• Coverage of consulting, internal design teams, and Quality Control staff
• Mentor and support documentation team members throughout project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required; California Architect license preferred
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience on multi-family projects with Type I and Type V construction knowledge
• Proficiency in Revit
