Project Manager
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (intro paragraphs). Responsibilities (Essential Functions list). Qualifications (Bachelor's degree etc). Knowledge, Skills, And Other Abilities (skills). Benefits (competitive benefits package). Pay? Not mentioned. Schedule? Not mentioned (though travel up to 50% maybe schedule? Not exactly schedule). So we should not include Pay or Schedule sections. Also we need to include maybe "Equipment, Machinery, Tools, and Vehicles Used" but not a standard heading; we could fold into Skills or Responsibilities? Probably not needed. We'll keep sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. Use for each. Use - for lists. Use
for prose.
We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation contact, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove "Job Title: Project Manager Department: Administration FLSA Status: Non-Exempt" maybe we can keep as metadata in a short
or drop? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include a short
with that info. Also "Summary" maybe part of About the role.
We need to preserve all substantive info: company description, benefits list, essential functions list, qualifications, knowledge/skills, equipment, physical demands, mental demands, working conditions, reporting relationships, supervisory responsibility. Should we include those? They are substantive. We could include them under appropriate sections: maybe "Working Conditions" etc. But we only have allowed headings list; we could still include other headings? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings only; but we could also include other sections if needed? It says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests those are the allowed headings; we should not create other headings. So we need to fit all info into those sections. We can put working conditions etc under About the role or Responsibilities? Probably About the role can contain overview; Responsibilities can contain essential functions; Qualifications can contain education/experience/licensing; Skills can contain knowledge, skills, abilities, equipment, physical/mental demands maybe; Benefits as given. Pay and Schedule omitted.
We must not repeat job title as heading. We'll not.
We'll output HTML fragment.
Let's craft:
Job Title: Project Manager • Department: Administration • FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Then About the role
with paragraphs: company description, mission, inclusive approach, benefits mention? Actually benefits separate.
We'll include company description paragraphs.
Then Responsibilities
with of essential functions.
Then Qualifications
with of education, experience, licensing.
Then Skills
with of knowledge, skills, abilities, equipment, physical demands, mental demands, working conditions, reporting relationships.
Then Benefits
with of benefits.
Make sure to preserve all details.
