About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager - Multifamily to join our team based in Salt Lake City, UT.

Responsibilities

• Assume accountability and ownership of the project
• Responsible for project safety and environment programs
• Set up project reporting procedures
• Understand and enforce contractual responsibilities, contract documents, and dispute resolution
• Ensure timely project completion through effective project scheduling, timely delivery of materials, and efficient management of material and document submittals/approvals
• Negotiate and issue subcontracts and major purchase orders and monitor their progress
• Negotiate, prepare, issue, and execute change orders to subcontractors and prepare any revisions to the original budget
• Prepare and issue monthly owner progress reports, schedules, and cost reports
• Develop insurance compliance with site-specific quality control and safety plans
• Chair and record project meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field preferred
• 5+ years construction-related experience in a similar capacity
• Ground-up multifamily experience preferred
• Knowledge of building and construction trades
