Responsible for overseeing construction projects in the Central Division, managing teams, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and execution
• Manage project teams and resources
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
