Project Manager
Job Summary
Belden is currently seeking a Project Manager. This position will be responsible for the new product development (NPD) process for broadband products. This role will drive products from concept to release to market, encompassing and managing all aspects of the design and new product introduction process while ensuring schedule, product requirements, and target costs are maintained. This position is an onsite (hybrid) role based out of our East Syracuse Office and reports to the Process & Project Manager.
What you bring
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical engineering preferred) with five (5) years in project management in a new product development role, additional years will be considered in lieu of degree
- Knowledge & Skills: phase gate process (Project Management Profession a plus), fiber optic products and telecom industry a plus. Project management software (Monday.com a plus)
- Knowledge & Skills: Cost benefit analysis on project/improvement proposals and ideas. Strong problem-solving skills. Analyse data and make data driven decisions

Benefits
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $105,000-$125,000, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
