Auld & White Constructors is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead our team on various projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for quality work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and budgets
• Manage subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Pay

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
