About the role
Manage customer orders to achieve client satisfaction in terms of delivery, documentation, and technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage orders, ensuring client satisfaction in delivery, documentation, and technical requirements.
- Provide customer service by anticipating and responding to customer queries.
- Manage and motivate all resources allocated to the project to enable successful completion.
- Raise internal sales orders and operate SAP procedures for equipment release from global corporate offices in Antwerp, Belgium, and the USA.
- Raise purchase orders with sub-suppliers and check/authorize invoices.
- Coordinate and expedite materials, documents, inspections, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with customer’s expeditors and external inspectors, including handling necessary documentation.
- Provide production schedules when required and facilitate order amendments.
- Maintain open communication by attending progress meetings.
- Generate special payment invoices and prepare operations and maintenance manuals as needed.
- Coordinate and attend witness testing if required.
- Prepare monthly reports detailing the status and issues of all current orders.
- Monitor order costs and keep management informed of potential liabilities.
- Provide technical support related to equipment delivery, drawings, and document submittals, involving internal engineering teams or outside vendors as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Project/Contracts Management (preferred).
- High School diploma required; two- or four-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Technical degree is a plus.
Skills
- Independent, self-starter with excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong time-management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Ability to learn new programs quickly.
Travel
Up to 20% local travel and up to 5% out-of-town travel.

Pay
Salary range is $85,000 - $95,000 based on experience, knowledge, and skills.
